 The Children First for Health website provides clinically approved health advice to young people of all ages and their families

 If you want to talk to someone about how you are feeling, you can ring ChildLine free on 0800 1111. They are open 24 hours a day.

 You can also visit the NSPCC website, which will give you information about the charity for children.

 The National Youth Advocacy Service helps children
and young people with legal problems.
