If you want to talk to someone about how you are feeling, you can ring ChildLine free on 0800 1111. They are open 24 hours a day, or you can go to the ChildLine website.

You can also visit the NSPCC website, which will give you information about the charity for children.

If you would like to talk to someone about adoption, you can go to the Talk Adoption website.

The National Youth Advocacy Service helps children and young people with legal problems.

The KIDS Project explains how a group of children and young people experienced living through their parents' separation or divorce.
