for advice on how to feel better.

how you are feeling, you can ring ChildLine free on 0800 1111. They
are open 24 hours a day, or you can go to the ChildLine website.
You can also visit the NSPCC website, which will
give you information about the charity for children.
If you would like to talk to someone
about adoption, you can go to the Talk Adoption website.

children and young people with legal problems.
