Hello, welcome to Cafcass and to our online recruitment site. I hope you will find everything you need here in order to understand our work, our key roles and to submit an application for our existing or future vacancies. If you have a query and you can’t find the answer here, we will certainly let you know how you can find it.
We are a passionate bunch at Cafcass; passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and families going through family court proceedings, passionate also about our dedicated staff, who work each day to achieve these outcomes. In the last year we have worked with over 115,000 of the most vulnerable children in our society, at a time of upheaval and uncertainty in their lives. Our duty is to safeguard and promote the welfare of these children, putting their needs, wishes and feelings first and ensuring their voice is heard above all else in the family court setting.
We recognise that in order to provide a consistently outstanding service to the children and families we work with, we need to attract, recruit, retain, engage and develop the best people; people who share our aims and values and who have the key skills and ability to perform to the highest possible standards. Our aim is for a diverse and talented workforce, able to meet the challenges and demands of making a positive difference to the lives of thousands of children each day. If you are ready for that challenge, and for the reward it brings, then we look forward to receiving your application.
