Welcome to the new Cafcass website!
Our new website has been
designed to make it easier for you to find what you are looking
for.
We are also launching a new feedback
tool for those of you who use Cafcass services. Click on the
link called 'HearNow' at the bottom right
of the home page and type in the username and
password sent to you by your local
Cafcass office.
This new website offers a number
of features:
- animations explaining what we
do
- a way for children to put
general questions to our Young People's Board - click here to access this Peer Mentoring
tool
- an accessibility button to
allow text and colours
to be altered
- a better search
function
- a new
design developed with
significant input from young people.
The new Cafcass
website will be updated
regularly and in the coming weeks we will be adding videos
explaining further aspects of our work. In the mean time I
hope you find the site of interest and easier to use.
