Commissioning of Contact Services 2009/10
Cafcass wishes to commission a range of contact services in
support of children and families and in order to comply with the
Children & Adoption Act 2008. We are inviting expressions of
interest in delivery of these services.
These services are not subject to the full European Union
Procurement rules however in order to work within best practise
within EU Procurement Directives we will be commissioning through a
Collaborative Category Management Process. Notice of our intentions
has been placed in the Official Journal of European Union (notice
number 2008/S 187 - 247690)
