Invitation to tender - making contact work
Cafcass is preparing for the implementation of the Adoption
and Children Act 2006, and the new powers under that Act which
enable courts to direct that parties in family proceedings should
take part in Contact Activity Programmes.
As such, we are currently seeking tenders to design and develop
materials to support a programme of Contact Activities.
