Cafcass wins ‘Total Strategy Award’ at Employee Wellbeing Awards 2019

The Employee Wellbeing Awards took place in London last night with Cafcass representatives in attendance. The annual awards are hosted by the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA), a professional association for employers offering benefits for their staff as part of a wider HR strategy in engaging talent.

The Employee Wellbeing Awards provide the opportunity to benchmark and celebrate the great work of employers leading the way in employee wellbeing.

Cafcass was nominated for two awards: ‘Total Strategy’ and ‘Innovation’ and won the ‘Total Strategy’ award. The ‘Total Strategy’ category is a top-level award that aims to tell the industry, government, competitors and employees which UK employer is best for employee wellbeing. The award celebrates employers which view wellbeing as a part of their overall business strategy, and so we are immensely proud to have been given this honour.
