Cafcass’ draft strategy for 2019-22 available

As set out in our Open Board meeting in January 2019, we are in the process of refreshing our organisational strategy for 2019-2022, aiming for launch this summer. Since December, we have been working with our staff, our Board, and the Family Justice Young People’s Board to create a strategy which is representative of our values and ambition.

Our refreshed strategy has been segmented into three pillars: Our Practice, Our Partners and Our People. A draft of the strategy is now available on our website. We welcome any thoughts at this stage on how we might improve the strategy as we approach the final development phase – this can be sent to [email protected].
