Police National Computer Administrator

We currently have an excellent opportunity to join our PNC team as a Police National Computer Administrator at the National Business Centre in Coventry. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract with an expected end date of December 2021.

In this role you will maintain the Police National Computer and Cafcass systems to receive and process requests for police information.  In accordance with local and national policies, you will use specialist skills and knowledge to provide disclosure reports and advice to Family Court Advisors for use in their safeguarding assessments.

This role plays an important part in safeguarding the children and families Cafcass works with. You will be expected to have a minimum of NVQ2 or to demonstrate a willingness to work towards it in the future. You will need to demonstrate previous data entry experience together with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (particularly word, excel and outlook). You will need to possess clear and positive communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
