Location, location, location

We are a national organisation with 30+ offices across England. We are also set-up and used to work remotely so your location can be flexible.

Our HR team is genuinely spread across the country but has a significant presence in Coventry, Manchester, Leeds and London, so you may find it useful if you are located near to one of these locations.

Ready to find out more being a Senior HR Projects Officer?

If you join us you will be part of a busy, inclusive team and be line managed by the Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner and work closely with other stakeholders within HR and across the organisation HR Manager, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of our HR and OD strategy.

The role will involve leading and working on a number of projects such as diversity & inclusion, health & wellbeing, learning & development, staff engagement, policy innovation, talent management and workforce development and be responsible for providing effective project support, primarily within OD team but potentially across the wider HR team.

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Draw on a relevant HR qualification(s) – CIPD is desirable – or a relevant and equivalent degree;
  • Demonstrate experience of implementing complex projects ideally with a focus on staff reward, workplace culture, learning and development, or engagement theme.
  • Be able to plan, co-ordinate and execute projects achieving measurable impact.
  • Be able to effectively manage contracts with external providers.
  • Demonstrate a range of analytical skills including the use of complex HR management information and data to shape and inform business need and sustainable long-term solutions
  • Be credible and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Consider the implications of stakeholder views and be able to respond to feedback, modifying or making recommendations for changes to HR service as required.
