Location, location, location

We operate across England from 30+ offices, however, long before the pandemic, our teams have been used to working remotely.

We achieve this through providing the right equipment (touch screen laptop and iPhone) and creating a culture of trust, flexibility and autonomy that enables you to manage your time so you can be where you need to be to perform effectively and achieve a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.

And to help with this, every effort will be made to ensure the work you are allocated suits you geographically to avoid you having to cover too large an area and for some of our teams, there is a limited requirement to travel on a regular basis anyway.
