Directory of Providers

This directory contains details of the Providers that are commissioned, and funded, to deliver services by Cafcass on behalf of the Ministry of Justice in England. No other providers are contracted to Cafcass, nor can be funded, for the any of the services listed below.

All the Providers listed in this directory are delivered by organisations working in partnership with Cafcass. They work to standards for safety, data protection and feedback that match those of Cafcass and have appropriate accreditations with organisations that verify their standards.

You should only contact the organisations in this directory if your case is/has been open to Cafcass and a Court Order has been issued directing attendance to one of the commissioned services. If you are unsure please contact Cafcass directly using one of the options in the following link Contact us – Cafcass

These services are free for service users where appropriate courts orders and referrals have been made. You can find more information about the services by clicking on the links below:-

Cases where delivery of service crosses the English-Welsh border

England and Wales are part of the same jurisdiction for family courts, but Cafcass is separated between England (Cafcass England) and Wales (Cafcass Cymru). In most cases where a court in one country orders an activity or contact which is best delivered in the other country, this should be able to take place.

However, provision of DAPP in Wales is more complicated. Currently, Cafcass Cymru does not commission any DAPP programmes. However, Cafcass Cymru occasionally receive requests for the provision of a DAPP and there may be other times when it is necessary to explore provision in Wales.

  • If an English court makes a suitable activity order for a father living in Wales to attend a DAPP, the NCT will attempt to secure an accredited local service in Wales, but this cannot be guaranteed. This will be funded by Cafcass England. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
  • If a Welsh court makes a suitable activity order for a father living in England to attend a DAPP, Cafcass England will facilitate the referral to, and fund, a programme with a Provider from this Service Directory. Cafcass Cymru will contact the NCT in the first instance to discuss the case. The case will be managed in line with Cafcass practice with the case management being carried out by Cafcass Cymru.

Directory of Providers by location

While the services are listed in Cafcass areas, users can be referred to a provider in another area if it is more accessible for them.

Please note that the delivery sites listed for DAPP may not be available for all groups all the time, as this will depend on need and availability.
