Customer Experience Awards
The UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate the work of the UK’s customer experience professionals and give them industry recognition for their hard work and impressive results.
Cafcass in partnership with Littlefish has been shortlisted in the category of: Best Customer Service – Large company
Littlefish has been Cafcass’ IT service provider since 2018 and is at the centre of its multi-provider operations. With shared values of people-centricity, collaboration, and agility, Cafcass and Littlefish have worked in partnership to deliver ‘service excellence’ across its IT services.
Digital Communication Awards
The Digital Communication Awards recognise outstanding work in the field of online communications across Europe.
Cafcass has been shortlisted in the category for websites.
Cafcass’ new website launched in September 2023, with improvements made to provide a better experience for the children and families with whom Cafcass works, making better information accessible online, and creating a meaningful resource for those involved in the family court. It was developed by Cafcass’ Communications and IT teams, and a website developer Numiko, who were supported by colleagues across Cafcass as well as members of the Family Justice Young People’s Board and Family Forum.
